You can request deletion of your Loyalite account and the personal data attached to it, any time. Read what gets deleted, what's retained, and how to submit your request below.
How to Submit a Deletion Request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Include the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.

- ✓Your account credentials (email address, password hash)
- ✓Your organization profile (brand name, subdomain)
- ✓All transaction and loyalty data associated with your organization
- ✓Your subscription and billing records (subject to legal retention requirements)
Data Retention After Deletion
Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups. Billing records required by law (invoices, payment history) may be kept for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable financial regulations. After this period, all data is permanently deleted.
